GB Project Management was conceived in 2012 by members of the La Concha Hotel and Condado Vanderbilt Hotel Development and Construction team to finish the Condado Duo Project and pursue other projects throughout the Caribbean.

GBPM’s leadership consists of Len Cobb as Managing Partner,  Jay Cobb as Vice President, and Kate Horkman as Chief Financial Officer. Our team includes a diverse group of experienced field personnel and office staff.

Our primary focus, and thus project portfolio, is hospitality projects; however, our skillset is readily transportable to any building project type, whether new construction or renovation. GBPM can offer a range of services to meet the needs of projects of all sizes.
